Interval based training is our strength. With a mix of functional movements and cardiovascular strength training, our signature STRONGFIT class has all your fitness needs covered. This circuit style session will not only improve your strength but increase your overall fitness, stamina and endurance.
If you are looking for a total body workout, training for a sport or to boost your metabolism, STRONGFIT ticks all the boxes.
STRONGBUILD
TUESDAY
Who doesn't watch Worlds Strongest Man at Christmas? We bring modified strongman routines to the everyday gym goer with great success! Using equipment such as logs, sandbags and sleds, our STRONGBUILD class burns fat and adds real muscle to your fitness programme. It’s time to get STRONG. This session is accessible to all levels of experience, it’s great fun and not as intimidating as you may think!
STRONGLIFT
WEDS/FRI
This is our indoor small group strength class and combines big compound lifts such as Squats and Deadlifts with bodybuilding accessory movements giving you a full body dedicated strength program. This class is a weights focused session accessible for anyone looking to improve their strength or just looking to learn how to lift weights in a safe environment.

WEDNESDAY
If you’re a fan of High-Intensity Interval Training, this session is perfect for you. Get ready to push yourself with short bursts of intense bodyweight exercises, performed in timed intervals. With a personalised approach, each session is tailored for you to achieve your fitness level and goals.
