Strong Outdoor Fitness is an interval-based training program designed for everyone, whether your goal is to build strength, improve cardiovascular fitness, or simply have fun in a team environment.

Our sessions welcome all participants, from beginners to semi-pros, and we’re fully equipped to support individuals of all ages and fitness levels.

STRONG COACHING

With over 10 years of experience, our coaches are real people with real fitness goals and challenges, just like our members. We design our sessions in 6-week blocks, carefully planned to help you achieve maximum results.

Drawing from our background in professional sports, we bring high-level strength and conditioning methods to every workout.

Our sessions prioritise community over competition, fostering a welcoming environment where everyone can excel. We emphasise a challenging yet enjoyable atmosphere free from the egos and attitudes often found in traditional gyms. Each workout is designed to bring individuals together, finishing with a high five that acknowledges our shared accomplishments.

We aim to recreate the sense of belonging associated with old-school sports clubs, where individuals feel safe and valued as part of a team. Our mission is to ease the intimidation often associated with gyms, creating a supportive environment focused on connection. By promoting support and camaraderie, we are not just facilitating fitness; we are cultivating a strong, united community.

6 WEEK PROGRAMME £150
